Hatha Yoga - Includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), and gives you a good stretch while relaxing the mind. It is a gentle and slow practice, great for beginners or students to build confidence in physical movement.

Vinyasa Yoga - Known for the continuous flow from one yoga posture to the next, Vinyasa synchronises breath to each movement and is a more vigorous and intensive style involving sun salutations.

Yin Yoga - A slow-paced yoga practice, in which poses are held for longer durations, for deeper stretches. The style applies moderate stress to the connective tissue - the tendons, fascia, and ligaments - to increase circulation in the joints and improve flexibility.
